Subaru Impreza (GD Bugeye) is a second-generation version of the Impreza, produced from 2000 to 2002. The nickname “Bugeye” comes from the unique round headlight design, making this model an unmistakable icon in the Japanese car enthusiast community. In the mod developed by Josh2305 and Necronomic, the Bugeye is recreated in great detail with 18 different color versions, bringing a realistic visual and physical experience to the player.
The mod simulates the WRX STI Version 7 2.0 manual transmission model, featuring the default paint color World Rally Blue, a familiar symbol of Subaru in rally racing. From the typical sedan body to the paint specifications such as clearcoat, metallic and roughness, all are accurately reproduced, creating a vivid and realistic feeling when bringing the car into the game.
The diverse paint color list from Aspen White, Sonic Yellow to Java Black not only recreates the historical color palette of Subaru but also allows players to customize the car style according to their preferences.
